Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• “Service” — the DAGON Studio desktop application together with the hosted dagon-hive container and any related software, APIs, and websites operated by AIRANKINGS LLC.
• “Customer” — any individual or entity that purchases, registers for, or uses the Service.
• “Founder” — a Customer who has purchased a Founder Lifetime license (a one-time purchase granting lifetime access as defined in Section 4).
• “Beta Operator” — a Customer on a recurring monthly Subscription at the then-current beta rate.
• “Subscription” — a recurring, monthly billing arrangement for access to the Service.

2. Service Description

DAGON Studio is a desktop application for running your own AI workforce. It connects to a hosted dagon-hive container operated by AIRANKINGS LLC, which coordinates the agents you configure. You supply your own third-party model and platform credentials; the Service orchestrates them on your behalf. Features, capabilities, and integrations are added and changed on an ongoing basis.

3. Beta Disclaimer

The Service is in active development and is currently offered as a beta. We do not provide any service-level agreement (SLA), uptime guarantee, or support-response guarantee during beta. Features may be added, changed, degraded, or removed at any time, and the Service may experience interruptions, defects, or data loss. By using the Service during beta you accept these conditions.

4. Lifetime Definition

“Lifetime,” as used for Founder licenses, means the lifetime of the product — that is, for as long as DAGON Studio exists and is operated by AIRANKINGS LLC. A Founder license is a one-time purchase that includes access to the Service and hosting of the dagon-hive container for the lifetime of the product, with no additional or recurring fee. “Lifetime” does not mean the lifetime of any individual and does not survive a discontinuation of the product except as described in Section 5.

5. Sunset Clause

If AIRANKINGS LLC decides to discontinue (“sunset”) the Service, we will provide at least 180 days' written notice to active Customers by email. Before the sunset date, we will make available a self-hostable export of your setup sufficient to let you continue operating your configuration independently. No refund is owed to Founders on sunset, as the Founder purchase covers the lifetime of the product as defined in Section 4.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• • automate or carry out any illegal activity, or violate any applicable law or regulation;
• • send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or engage in deceptive or fraudulent activity;
• • harass, threaten, defame, or harm any person, or generate content that does so;
• • infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• • circumvent rate limits, access controls, or the terms of any third-party service you connect.

You are responsible for the actions of the AI agents you configure and operate through the Service.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, refund, or revoke access to the Service for any Customer who violates these terms, abuses the Service, or creates risk or liability for AIRANKINGS LLC or other users. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to cure, but we may act immediately in cases of abuse, illegality, or security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time; Beta Operators may cancel their Subscription as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of AIRANKINGS LLC arising out of or relating to the Service or these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to AIRANKINGS LLC in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall AIRANKINGS LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

9. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. During beta in particular, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any specific feature will remain available.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. AIRANKINGS LLC is registered in Georgia. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.

11. Assignment

AIRANKINGS LLC may assign or transfer these terms and its rights and obligations under them — including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction — to a successor entity. Founder access transfers to the successor under the existing terms. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our prior written consent.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email to the address associated with your account before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
