Refund Policy
DAGON Studio, operated by AIRANKINGS LLC (Atlanta, Georgia, USA). Effective date pending.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
Every initial purchase — Founder Lifetime and the first month of a Beta Operator Subscription — comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, email us and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
2. Founder Lifetime after 30 days
After the 30-day window has passed, Founder Lifetime purchases are non-refundable. The Founder license is a one-time purchase covering the lifetime of the product, and the guarantee period is your window to evaluate it.
3. Monthly subscriptions after 30 days
After the initial 30-day window, Beta Operator Subscriptions are billed monthly. If you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current billing cycle and you are not charged again; the current month is prorated to the next billing cycle as applicable. We do not refund partial months beyond the initial guarantee period.
4. Beta disclaimer
DAGON Studio is in beta. Bugs, broken features, and changes are an expected part of beta and are not grounds for a refund outside the 30-day guarantee — that is what beta means. We work hard to fix issues quickly, and your feedback during beta directly shapes the product, but the existence of a defect does not by itself entitle you to a refund.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@airankings.tech with your order number. We'll confirm and process eligible refunds to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.
