Privacy Policy

DAGON Studio, operated by AIRANKINGS LLC (Atlanta, Georgia, USA). Effective date pending.

1. What we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, and account preferences.
  • Payment information — processed by Stripe. We receive a customer reference, your email, and subscription status; we never receive or store your card number (see Section 3).
  • Usage telemetry — diagnostic and usage data such as feature usage, error reports, and performance metrics, used to operate and improve the Service.
  • Customer-provided API credentials — the third-party model and platform credentials you choose to connect so the Service can act on your behalf.

2. How we store credentials

Customer-provided API credentials are encrypted at rest. They are never written to our logs. We access them only as needed to operate the Service for you, and a human at AIRANKINGS LLC accesses them only with your consent — for example, when you ask us to help troubleshoot an issue. You can remove your credentials at any time.

3. Payments & Stripe

All payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects and stores your payment details directly under its own terms and privacy policy. AIRANKINGS LLC never sees or stores your full card number.

4. Third-party services

We rely on the following service providers to operate the Service:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional and account email
  • Cloudflare — content delivery and edge hosting
  • DigitalOcean — hosting of the dagon-hive container and backend infrastructure
  • Discord — community and support

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We share only the data necessary for each provider to perform its function.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for up to 90 days after your account is closed, after which it is deleted or anonymized, except where a longer period is required by law (for example, tax and accounting records) or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

6. Your GDPR rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, to receive it in a portable format, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address in Section 9.

7. Your CCPA rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address in Section 9.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly provide it to, anyone under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will delete it.
