Google Maps — where the calls actually happen

Someone just searched for what you do.Google showed them three businesses. If yours wasn't one of them, a competitor got that call.

I get local service businesses — plumbers, roofers, HVAC, electricians, landscapers — into the map pack, where customers actually look. Your Google Business Profile decides whether your phone rings. I make it rank.

The map pack gets the calls. Everyone below it gets leftovers.

It isn't about being the best plumber in town. It's about being one of the three Google shows first — because that's as far as most customers ever scroll before they dial.

Those three spots aren't luck. They're earned by the profile. And most profiles in your area were set up once and never touched again.

Martin — Google Business Profile work, done by hand
Who does the work

I'm Martin. I do the work myself, then I show you the numbers.

Solo · Tucker, GA

No team of interns. No offshore dashboard farm. I take a handful of local service businesses at a time and work their Google Business Profiles by hand — the categories, the photos, the reviews, the weekly upkeep that ranking actually takes.

No guru act, no course, no 12-month contract with a logo package attached. Just the work, and a phone that starts ringing more than it did.

The thing nobody tells you
The roofer ranking first isn't better than you. His profile is.

Google doesn't send customers to the best plumber, roofer, or electrician in town — it sends them to the profile it trusts most. Right categories, real photos, steady reviews, every field filled in, week after week. That's rankable work. Most owners don't have time for it. That's the whole job, and I do it.

What I actually do

The work that moves a pin up the map.

01
The profile, rebuilt

Every field Google reads, filled in like it matters.

Categories, services, service areas, hours, description, real job-site photos. Most profiles are running on whatever got typed in five years ago. I rebuild yours the way Google's ranking systems actually read it.

02
Reviews that keep coming

A steady drip of five stars — and an answer to every one.

A dead-simple way for your happy customers to leave reviews after the job, and replies to every single one, good or ugly. Review count, recency, and responses are ranking signals. We feed all three.

03
Proof it's working

You see the calls, not a jargon report.

Where you rank on the map for your money searches, how many calls and direction taps came straight from your profile, month over month. If the phone isn't ringing more, you'll see that too — I don't hide behind charts.

Before you ask
How long before I see movement?+
Usually 60 to 90 days to real movement, sometimes faster if your profile just needs fixing rather than rebuilding. Anyone promising you the top spot in a week is guessing or lying — Google doesn't work on anyone's schedule, including mine.
Do you work with my trade?+
If customers find you by searching "your trade + near me," yes. Plumbers, roofers, HVAC, electricians, and landscapers are the core, but the work is the same for any local service business that lives and dies by the phone.
What does it cost?+
A flat monthly rate, no long contracts, and I'll quote it on the first call once I've looked at your profile and your market. One extra job a month covers it for most trades — that's the math that has to work, or I'll tell you not to hire me.
Can't I just do this myself?+
You could — none of it is secret. It's photos, reviews, categories, and upkeep, every week, forever. The owners I work with tried that between jobs and it always lost to actual work. You run the crew; I'll run the profile.
The next call

Be the business that comes up first.

Every day you're not in the map pack, the calls go to whoever is. One phone call and I'll look at your profile, tell you where you stand, and tell you straight whether I can move it.
